PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our business, we are often working in the hours that most folks are off (and would like a call back), so please indicate in your message if it's alright to call up to "such and such" time ie. 10pm (my Mama taught 9pm is the polite cutoff), or if it's convenient to call during your lunch hour at work.  Please also note that Gloria does travel quite often to judge and compete, and this might cause the occassional delay in responding.  Your inquiry is very important to us, we will get back to you!
